What to expect:
This year has again been filled with events that have challenged us all and it’s been no different for the CSMF and its executive committee. We are excited to be planning a face to face event again for 2022 after the last few years of lockdowns and virtual meetings.
The CSMF provides its members with many services, including sharing information and resources, advertising vacant positions, networking opportunities, and access to the latest information from the regulate as well as leading industry experts. However, the CSMF can only continue to provide these services if there is a strong and fully staffed executive committee who can plan and organise events and manage the CSMF infrastructure including the finances, website, and membership database.
At the AGM on 19th October, all positions on the executive committee will be declared vacant. All current members of the CSMF are strongly encouraged to consider nominating for one or more of the vacancies.
As a volunteer committee, the more people we have on the committee, the more that can be achieved! You don’t need to have any previous experience and it’s only a commitment of a couple of hours a month, so please put your name forward.
